AMX International Extends Oracle Partnership to Sell and Implement E-Business Suite

Idaho Falls, Idaho — September 12, 2005

AMX International, Inc., a leader in providing complete enterprise software solutions, announced today that it has extended its certified Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partnership with Oracle® to sell, implement and support Oracle’s E-Business Suite (EBS) business applications. Through the new sales channel partnership, AMX will service companies under $100 million in annual revenue in the Rocky Mountain Region which includes the states of Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah and Wyoming. A few companies within the region currently using Oracle’s EBS include Deseret Book (UT), EAS (CO), Water Pik Technologies, Inc. (CO), Poor Brothers, Inc. (AZ), McData Corporation (CO), and Ventana Medical Systems, Inc. (AZ).

AMX is an Oracle Certified Partner and has been providing database and technical solutions to its base of over 500 customers worldwide since 1989. The industries currently served by AMX include manufacturing, distribution, high technology, life sciences, construction, local government, utilities, professional services, and consumer products. AMX will work with Oracle’s development, sales and support teams to help deliver today’s leading business applications and technology to new and existing customers.
