AMX ANNOUNCES UPGRADE TO ORACLE CRM ON DEMAND FOR TIA, INC.

AMX International, an Oracle Certified Advantage Partner, announced today the completion of upgrading TIA, Inc, a professional custom documentation services firm, to Oracle CRM On Demand. TIA organizes, designs, and develops content to take the mystery out of how an organization wants its employees’ to run its business.
TIA’s previous customer and prospect list consisted of excel spreadsheets that were not able to track customers as was needed. TIA knew they needed an improved system to help them keep better track of their pipeline and decided to invest in a more up-to-date, easy-to-use CRM solution to manage their long sales cycle and customer care.
After evaluating their options, TIA made the confident decision that Oracle CRM On Demand was the right solution for them and selected AMX as the consulting partner to convert spreadsheets of information into a robust CRM solution. Once the contacts were uploaded, data clean up began to merge duplicate contacts and purge out-dated information.
